How We Build It

Six phases. Each one delivers working software you can use before the next one starts.

Phase 1
Foundation
Set up the database, login system, and base platform. Get the structure right before building features on top.
Phase 2
Admin Portal
Dashboard, network management, people directory, groups, and regions. Staff can start using it for oversight.
Phase 3
Leader Portal
Leader dashboard, member management, groups, follow-up pipeline, and the landing page editor.
Phase 4
Content, Email, Scorecards
Video management, email tools, weekly scorecard submissions, reports, and analytics dashboards.
Phase 5
Data Migration
Move all existing data from Google Sheets into the new database. Run both systems side by side until everything checks out.
Phase 6
Launch
Train staff, onboard leaders, go live. 30-day support period for any bugs or adjustments.
